Senior Design Engineer
At the end of the first year I started working in this position, I was appointed as a senior design engineer. I worked as a technical project coordinators, keyuser and was responsible for the analysis, design and testing of kinematic components as expert. A) 2018-2019 Product Cost Optimization I leaded project with coordination of departments from Turkey, Poland, Germany. The project was the most critical project of the MAN Bus, which was followed up by the top management and presented daily and weekly regular reports. In this process; In addition to creating ideas pools and eliminating these ideas with technical departments, I regularly checked, followed and planned product cost, production process cost and customer relations. i)Leaded 12 member from Ankara, 5 member from Munich, 3 member from Starachowice ii)3% cost reduce on low floor buses iii)4.5% cost reduce on high floor buses iv)75 kg weight reduce on low floor buses and 120 kg weight on high floor buses B) 2018-2019 Low Floor Bus Project I worked as a set leader and the coordinator of the multicultural team, whose number ranges from 5 to 10, in order to make common decisions with all production departments and purchasing departments in order to keep the pool that I have created in order to unite vehicle exterior equipment parts, reduce mold costs to zero and prevent possible errors. C) 2016-2017 High Floor Bus Project In the first year of my job, I took part in solving exterior equipment design errors in high-floor buses that were put into mass production.(pre-serial and first serial) My responsbility was technical leadership from the error resolution team and led the team between 5 and 7 member including production, quality, technic departments. i)The failure that stopped 50+ production lines has been resolved. ii)Agreements were made with quality, purchasing and production units for short term and long term solutions for 25+ failures. iii)10+ concept design changed. iv)8+ new structural and kinematic analysis has been done. D) In this period, beside of these projects; i) Pioneered serial production transition and prototype vehicle work. ii) Led kickoff meetings with our colleagues in Germany many times. iii) Reported error analysis of the pre-serial vehicles. iv) Led the crisis solution team, which was established in Ankara and the factories in Munich. v) My two research published at OTEKON 2018 and my third one published at UMTIK 2018. vi) Worked as key user of PLM system, first in our group (until 2017), then all plant. vii) Got 3 reference from my group leader, manager, group manager.

Sistem Teknik, the company that I was working has project based employment system. Sistem Teknik not only establishes facilities for powder coating applications but also produces painting equipment. All products which are produce by Sistem Teknik are their own designs. Regarding to the request of the costumers who wants to establish a powder coating facility, design of the all system was being reconfigured. My job was creating mathematical models of each component in the system in order to minimize the design procedures and duration. While I was creating the models, I made interfaces with using C# and Visualbasic programming languages.(Inventor API, iLogic) According to these computer modeling systems, design process time is considerably minimized from 5 days to 3 minutes averagely without any failures. In this duration, I also work on following topics: i) Static analysis of products, ii) Creation and application of product tree systems,  iii) Product development, iv) Design standardization, v) Standardization of technical drawings and presentations. vi) Inventor 3rd party softwares such as DXF Exporter vii) Speaker at AUX Istanbul 2016 (Design Automation https://auxistanbul.com/speakers ) viii) Worked with Autodesk Vault
